As the only provider our training is held in digital form as well as in presence. Thus you as a participant can experience the first two training blocks flexibly from your project or residence, without large additional travel expenditure.
The training conclusion and a simulation we will accomplish in a 2-Tagesveranstaltung finally in presence in Stuttgart. Despite the digital part, personal exchange and networking will not be neglected!

The training series is concluded with a final exam and the presentation of the seminar paper.
The fundamentals and applications of lean methods for project and process analysis are assumed.
Upon successful completion of the training series, participants will receive the VDI certificate.
The oral exam will take place digitally. The written individual examination on site.

VDI is the "Association of German Engineers" and the largest German association of engineers with over 135,000 members. They publish standards in engineering and are an internationally recognized body of engineers.
