As the only provider our training is held in digital form as well as in presence. Thus you as a participant can experience the first two training blocks flexibly from your project or residence, without large additional travel expenditure.
The training conclusion and a simulation we will accomplish in a 2-Tagesveranstaltung finally in presence in Stuttgart. Despite the digital part, personal exchange and networking will not be neglected!
Behind the concept and the implementation is a cooperation of the consulting companies PLACE Strategy GmbH and Lumics GmbH & Co. KG.
PLACE, as a specialist for the digitalization and implementation of lean systems in the construction industry, brings in particular the know-how from the construction industry and its digitalization. Lumics, as a joint venture between McKinsey and Lufthansa, is the specialist for lean methods of all kinds and has been implementing them for years in an interdisciplinary manner in a wide variety of industries.

The training series is concluded with a final exam and the presentation of the seminar paper.
The fundamentals and applications of lean methods for project and process analysis are assumed.
Upon successful completion of the training series, participants will receive the VDI certificate.
The oral exam will take place digitally. The written individual examination on site.
